        The owner is very unprofessional. I used an apprenticeship for a full head of highlights. As the post stated she would be watched while doing so. This didnt happen.unfortunately I wasnt happy with my hair as it was a lot of different colours, I was very nice and messaged my concerns. I was told that If I wanted a better finish then I should have paid 140 with a stylist. Money wasnt the problem. I was just helping an apprentice like I have before. I was screamed and shouted at and told never to come back to the salon. I dont understand why, she was so rude and unprofessional. My hair is also still left looking awful. She gave me a full refund, but I would have just paid for the correction. I have also reported to trading standards as Im shocked by this behaviour. Service: Hair highlighting
