Fantastic service, professional and friendly. We were stuck in France after our car broke down, needing urgently to get home and Sherwan came to our rescue. We didnt have to wait long and he made the whole process seamless. We are forever grateful. Highly recommend.

Sherwan and Joanne are absolute superstars! I have to tell my story so that a person can understand they will be in the best hands with Dover Royal. Due to the incompetence of an International pet transporter, my dogs were stuck in Calais. Instead of them arriving in London, Saturday noon, the company called at midnight to inform me that unless I pick up my dogs by Sunday afternoon from Calais, they will be going back to their departure destination. One can imagine there isn't much to be done midnight Saturday, I called and texted at least twenty companies and the only reply I got was from Sherwan/ Dover Royal. He dealt with my situation professionally, quickly and with great compassion. Organised everything and made it possible for me to bring my babies back to the UK safe and sound. Jo ( my driver) was an angel, made the impossible to get me on the first ferry back and I will forever be grateful to her. I can HIGHLY recommend Dover Royal. They are simply the best! Thank you guys, you are my heros!
