        I camp a lot and this is one of the best. Phyllis and her husband are super helpful. I managed to drench my boots in the shower in my van and they dried them next to the farmhouse range for me. Its got limited hardstanding, but theyll always help you onto a pitch. Its a 10 min walk into the village where theres a pub and British Legion which has a great courtyard area. Would highly recommend.

        Great location and lovely host. Our DofE camp was very happy here. Could do with better toilets and showers (only one of each plus a portaloo). But great if there's not too many of you.
