Oliver from Janus Conservation delivered a high quality survey report, and was super helpful in answering our questions in a call. We also commissioned the services report from SPS which was insightful, and Rob's very knowledgeable too.

Katherine provided us with a heritage statement for listed building planning consent. She was absolutely brilliant. So friendly and so knowledgeable. She was kind enough to point out to me, and to forward me further information about some of the historical marks and features about the house. Her report was also fascinating and gave us even more history about the house and how it had changed over the years, allowing us to build a picture of how people would have lived and used the space. Her report for the planning process was detailed, interesting and informative but also painted a fair picture for the planners as to the suitability of our application and the efforts we are making to be sympathetic to the property, its history and fabric.
