Jenny Black Osteopathy

I have seen Jenny three times recently, I have one leg longer than the other, a twisted pelvis and various aches and pains in my back and feet. I feel like a new woman!! I can walk further, I can get up down without being in discomfort and feel mentally lighter as I paired up her work with my own - hypnotherapy to let go of any associated stress. Jenny has given me such great advice on stretching, how to sit when I am working and how to build back to being able to run 10km again. My partner is now seeing her after he has witnessed some dramatic changes from me.

Jenny has treated both of my children as babies after tongue tie division. Jenny is so gentle and patient, really put me at ease. Found a noticeable difference in both children after each session - less tension, less wind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone experienced with babies!

Jenny began helping me 5 years ago when I needed cranial osteopathy for adult braces, she used gentle techniques to reduce the pain I was experiencing in my jaw and to compliment the effectiveness of my orthodontic treatment. I have continued to see Jenny for tension in my back and shoulders from a stressful job. In addition Jenny alleviated problems caused by exercise such as running. I have recently had a baby who has also benefited from treatment due to a preference to turn his head only to one side. She is excellent with babies and very patient if they need feeding or changing. I always feel better after visiting Jenny and trust her completely.
