I cannot speak highly enough of the compassionate, caring and attentive way that Sam has led me through the funeral arrangements for my husband. From the initial call on a weekend to meeting with Sam in the early days of grief. He told me everything would be ok - leave it to him. Sam has organised the details of the cremation and funeral service with seamless attention to detail. The flowers designed beautifully by Lisa's flowers, choosing the celebrant who was right for us, the order of service and the final details all talked through with sensitivity and care. Sam offers a bespoke, individual and caring service - this is his vocation and we are blessed as a community that he serves us. Your loved one will be treated like a family member, cared for in Dorridge with dignity. I drew great comfort from this. Sam Taylor has now been involved in the passing of both our parents, Dr George & Mrs Thorpe, long standing residents in Dorridge. Seeing Sam again was a great relief in knowing that everything would be handled and we would be consulted on every detail. Audreys funeral was perfect in every way. I would like to thank Sam, Mackenzie and the team at Taylors for the help and support they provided during this upsetting time, making all the necessary arrangements for my mother's funeral. Everything was dealt in a highly professional and sympathetic manner on the run up to and including the day of the funeral which ran very smoothly, just as mum would have wished for. Thanks again.
