Iain was recommended to us by good friends and we are glad we used his services. He has been really helpful from start to finish. The build has been complex and intricate and Iain has guided us through the process and supported/advised us along the way. Hes interacted with our builder and structural engineer and made changes to our plans as the project has progressed, advising us when things wouldnt work and providing us with a great visual plan through to planning permission. Iain was recommended by a friend who was also in the process of extending their house. Iain is very professional, spending time getting to know what we wanted and after a comprehensive survey provided excellent plans for our extension well within the agreed timescales. Iain provides a highly professional and speedy service. He was always ahead of his own timetable in drawing up plans, submitting for approvals and so on. He was extremely responsive - returning emails quickly and helpfully. Excellent value for money.
