    Such an enjoyable class which provides a fantastic workout. Ravi is a great instructor who keeps you moving and motivated for the whole hour, start to finish. A very fun and very sweaty class! :) Come and give it a go!

    Pungra is great way to be fit & healthy. Make ur body work hard on punjabi music with great instructor & lovely bunch of people. Ravi Sandhu is highly experienced instructor, with deep understanding of fitness science, diet, workouts etc, plus great with moves. Highly recommended class.
