    Terrible waited over an hour people came after me got seen before me very unorganised nobody bothers to say anything to you as to why your still waiting rubbish doctors

    Worst WORST Medical center in London. Their receptionist is always in a hurry to disconnect the call without answering the question!!!! Pathetic!!!!

    I am forced to write the review on order for ks medical centre management to take notice and appropriate actions to improve their customer services. Drs are wonderful and great. I have nothing to say bad about the doctors as I believe they r some of the best, I have a lot of respect for their patient care. My concern is th lack of customer care in the reception and any understanding of the issues being faced by the patients trying to make appointment with the nurse or doctor. As an example my wife called the surgery to make an appointment she was told to ring next day at 8.00 am to make the appointment. Next day she called and there were 18 callers in front of her therefore she had to wait more than 60 minutes on the line until receptionist picked up the call then she was told there r no appointment available with the doctor or nurse for at least four days. If no Dr or nurse availble to see her was it possible for the Dr or nurse to call her as she has been suffering for a week and needed to either speak or see the Dr urgently. She is diabetic patient as well but the receptionist would not let her make any appointments until at least four days later which was telephone appointment. On top of that she will not advise the approxmate time Dr will call. First of all if they r telling their patients to call next day 8.00 am so u can imagine if they tell 20 of the patients to call at 8.00 am then they r bound to have long wait time for patients to wait which does not make sense as the surgery should be able to see in their system the available slots to on inform patients the availability and slot for an appointment. Secondly not every patient need to go to the hospital where they need medical care from the Dr and not hospital unless it is a real emergency then I am sure patient will not be calling Dr to make the appointment. Reception advised they do not have Dr or nurse to book appointment for the patient therefore go to A&E which I believe is a bad advise. When requested to speak to the surgery manager the receptionist said he or she is sick and can not speak to anyone including the doctor. The surgery exist to serve the needs of the patients and not just for their own needs and provide poor services to the patients. Surgery management should seriously look into their services bring provided by the receptionist and change the process and procedures to serve the patients better and effectively so they can be treaty with dignity and not flogeed off by the receptionists. U can see from left that your services r extremely poor therefore I request u to take notice to improve. Thanks

    Long waiting time on the phone and the receptionist is pretty rude. Only DR is a decent doctor there, the rest are a joke. For example another doctor forgot to wear gloves when treating me and didn't wash her hand s when giving me a injection.
