So so happy with the amazing headstone created for my mother, such a beautiful memorial and exactly what we wanted! Cant recommend enough - Richard was extremely professional, considerate and dealt with this very new & difficult task for us so well. I went to Milestones for my late wife memorial. I didn't have much of an Idea of what I wanted, But as soon as I met Richard he was good at recommending certain products and procedures and with his professional advice I found I could add some of my own ideas, and together we came up with the type of memorial that I needed. When I was shown a photo of how the work was progressing I was really happy with the results and the teams professional tradesmen eye for detail. The Memorial was constructed in early December and I was sent an email with a photograph of it in place on my wife's grave. I went up to the Cemetery to look at memorial and it looked Fantastic, I was over the moon at the craftsmanship of the memorial. Milestone's team came up with a very good quality product, from hand cutting the letters, to the construction on site. In time of grief, friendly and helpful people who can be trusted with the most important tasks bring relief and ease the pain. Absolutely superb service and workmanship! My grandfather's grave was blackened and sunken after 70+ years of weathering and it now looks like new - beautiful, white and standing proud in his memory. Totally transformed! Richard was excellent and professional throughout - he gave clear explanations of the options, quotes, updates and photos. I am delighted with the result and cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you so much!
