        Some of the staff are incompetent and miss out procedures, blame it on other people. They dont seem to understand the seriousness of patients health and requirements.

        Dr Radha is a disgraceful doctor. Judgement and extremely unhelpful. The reception staff are equally as useless and extremely rude!!!!!

        Their doctors are friendly. But they are very prone to making mistakes. So one needs to check the prescriptions are accurate. They may say they have sent the referral but they will most likely not follow it up and it is lost. If you call at 8am and you can get through then you will most likely be seen the same day. The surgery itself is very dingy looking and floors are unclean.
