Finally received an appointment after 3 weeks of complaining of chest pains only to see the most incompetent Dr who couldnt wait to get us out of there! Avoid this place at all costs. Off to find a new GP.

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst GP in history, the receptionists think theyre doctors and dont know how to read a text message, stating to call within 2 weeks not after two weeks for a blood test. As for the main doctor hes always diagnosing problems on a video call and never wants the patient to go into the gp for a check.

Amazing review here. All the customers are treated like animals. Even the new members of staff automatically have adapted this culture of treating us all like total ****. Their locum doctor talks and acts like an ex thug/convict - Dr Ismael. The main doctor Dr Alzarrad seems to run this surgery like a gang of wannabees. Tripta the Secretary talks like she's on coke EVERYDAY. Dr Dhawan has adapted very well with this culture too. Receptionists are doing a fantastic job as we can see from the rest of the reviews. They all go very well in hand and give Southall the perfect image. Well done and keep it up.

Sukhdev Kaur needs to be sacked shes so rude she is in the wrong job one day she will need a doctor and no one will help her
