Matt and the team were incredibly helpful when my sons Christmas gift for his Nana was accidentally lost. They offered extremely friendly and fast service, making sure the tote bag still arrived in time for the big day. Much appreciated! Everyone was very happy!

Yet to get my order considering I ordered over 6 weeks ago and its the start of the Christmas holidays tomorrow so its not in time for Christmas and cant seem to get a straight answer

Absolutely love the cards and other items purchased. Such a lovely keepsake, customer service is fantastic I messaged on a Friday night expecting a response the following week but Matt responded straight away.

Order cancelled as their website had a error. No solution offered just told to reorder Christmas cards after Christmas.

I will not be ordering from class fundraising again and would not recommend them. Firstly, I ordered the anonymous Christmas card option but received them with my son's name, school and class on them, not a big deal but nevertheless that's not what I ordered. Secondly, I think a new sofa and bed would have arrived quicker than the time it took them to print 1 tea towel for me. When I phoned up to cancel the tea towel after 2 whole months of waiting, they said they'd sort a refund. Strange then how the tea towel was delivered to my home address 2 days later!! And surprise surprise no refund. So you can get your finger out when it suits you?! I know it's nice to support your child's school and it's nice for your child to have their design printed etc but honestly don't use these clowns because you'll be disappointed. Poor customer service, ridiculously slow production and delivery of products and can't get your order right. Well done
