Ian has been teaching my son Eli aged 8 since April (6months). He has so much patience for him and able to build Eli's confidence in himself massively. He is very encouraging every week, that Eli looks forward to his lessons. A message from Eli "he is the best teacher ever!!"

I've been having lessons with Ian for over 6 months now and I've been really satisfied! There's a relaxed atmosphere, he's really flexible and understandable, and my progress with him had been great so far!

Ian has been teaching our daughter for just over six months. His enthusiasm and deep love of music are truly infectious. Shes come on in leaps and bounds during this very short time and absolutely adores her lessons and practising for that matter. Ian is patient and explains concepts clearly. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to start piano lessons.

I started taking piano lessons with Ian at the beginning of January. I had no previous music lessons and couldn't read any music. It has only been one month and now I can read music and I've even started learning Fur Elise (with good progress)! Overall, I have really enjoyed my lessons and Ian is a great and patient teacher. I can't wait to see how far I'll go after a year with his guidance.

I've been having lessons with Ian for around 5 years now and with his help, I've grown into being a much better piano player than I ever thought I would ever be. He has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The newer one on one skype sessions, due to the current situation, are excellent. If you've ever wanted to learn an instrument I highly recommend Ian.
