I am a Project Manager for a company provides telecoms solutions across a wide arena of industries. We won a contract to provide managed WiFi services across nine stations from Berwick upon Tweed to Peterborough on the East Coast Mainline for Virgin Trains. Being based in Gloucestershire I immediately started looking for cabling and installation engineering companies based closer to this area and found, more by accident, Castle Grange Technologies in Redcar. Location wise they were perfect, being not far from Darlington, Durham, York, Doncaster etc. Their testimonials were good and we (Horsebridge) engaged with them and others for a quotation to assist. Not only were their prices very competitive, but their response time, attitude and interaction with us was second to none. I have had the pleasure of working closely with Stephen Gibson their General Manager, as well as several of their excellent engineers. From project start up, site surveys, installations, revisits, additional works and handover of sites to the end customer, Stephen and his team have been outstanding and a pleasure to work with, frequently going above and beyond the call of duty to meet deadlines. Their engineers worked tirelessly over several months of night shifts due to Health and Safety requirements for work on platforms to be done with minimal or no public presence. The standard of work, installation, documentation, professionalism, subject matter knowledge and a willing to expand into areas they may have little experience in before has been nothing short of outstanding. Castle Grange have been an integral part of Virgin Trains East Coast awarding us additional work on similar projects and we look forward to continuing to work closely with them. The only reason I wouldn't want to recommend Castle Grange on is that I don't want to find they are too busy helping everyone else when we come calling next, they really are that good. From both a technical and professional perspective, I would recommend Castle Grange Technologies to anyone looking for structured cabling, WiFi access point installation, data cabinet refreshes and upgrades, the full spectrum. Stephen, Mike and your team, thank you so much for your continued support to us here and for the outstanding work you have done so far.
