        Karen gave me the most relaxing reflexology treatment - she has such a light touch which is perfect for that type of therapy and really took away my tension and I slept like a log that night! Highly recommended the 6 week course of reflexology to anyone wanting to really improve the flow of their body systems- made me feel a lot better
