Don't know what they are doing bodge jobs all round mouldy houses ignore tenants. Builder show up unannounced with no idea what job they are doing and ask the tenant ridiculous company

Incredibly reluctant to fix anything in your house. I was waiting over a year for a new front door that everyone on my street already had. They fitted faulty windows that are causing us ridiculous energy prices. We are having to bath our children at familys because of the black mould in our bathroom.

Mostly great social housing, call centre staff need some training in empathy and understanding and allowing customers space to speak

Needed repairs doing in my flat as I'm 6 months pregnant and they were dangerous and they let my kitchen get to a point I had an electrical fire before they even stepped foot in it! Had an electrician booked in before the ordeal and he told me to lie and say my kitchen plugs were sparking to have someone else in to just do the repairs and walked straight out! LAZY landlords and LAZY workmen. I could've lost my baby due to their negligence!!
