JW Building Services | Specialist Repointing

Recently had a porch extension built on our house by Jordan and his team. The communication from start to finish was fantastic and we couldnt fault any member of the team we met. They are all professional, trustworthy and work to a very high standard, working long hours and even over weekends/bank holidays. Jordan is a true perfectionist treating the job like it was on his own home, he exceeded our vision for the porch. Absolutely outstanding work and we really couldnt be happy. Could not recommend Jordan enough and we will be using him again in future

I contacted JW building services because I needed two walls fully repointing, and some mortar repairs to a sloping tiled roof. Jordan visited promptly, his quote was very competitive, and I agreed to proceed with the job on the basis of it starting later in the year. The date was rearranged a couple of times, going back about 6 weeks, and then coming back forwards by two weeks. Not a problem, and Robyn kept me informed. As a result, the work was done in its entirety while we were on holiday. (Not a bad thing considering the dust that grinding out for repointing generates!) Jordan and the team were happy to work in our absence, and got on with the job, establishing good relations with the neighbours and a friend who kept an eye on the house in our absence. After a week, Jordan sent me a video showing the brickwork ground out in preparation, a nice touch, and very helpful in building confidence that the job was being done well. We arrived home to the job completed, and the site generally well cleaned up considering the rather messy nature of pointing. (I did have to unblock a number of drains however). Jordan came round for a final inspection with me a few days later, and refitted a drain pipe that had been missed, and replaced the outside electric box which had been damaged. In all, a very satisfactory piece of work, and I recommend JW Building Services for similar jobs.

Jordan has completed extensive building work on the ground floor of our new house (older property). From start to finish the experience with Jordan and his team has been nothing short of first class. Jordan himself visited the house on a number of occasions prior to the commencement of works to ensure we were all on the same page in terms of what needed to be done. He advised me on Building Regs and liaised with the structural engineer. He and the team worked long days on the project and they all came across as very decent, knowledgeable and professional guys. Each day they took the time to ensure the site was in a clean and safe condition and on conclusion of the project the team took a full afternoon cleaning up leaving everywhere very clean and tidy. My wife and I agreed it was a pleasure to have Jordan and his team in our home and we would both unreservedly recommend them for anyone looking to employ a building company.

TOP COMPANY - MUST READ... These guys were recommended to me by a friend for the work that they had done for him previously. What he didn't say was how professional they are, how focused they are on detail of their work and (most importantly) how much they are willing to do above and beyond the original project spec. They have something vital that other builders don't, customer service skills. The work was of the highest standard and the full company couldn't have been more accommodating when we unearthed issues on the house while doing the renovating. Adam has been brilliant throughout the entire project and I could not sing the full teams praises enough. Jordan, the team are a credit to you!
