Just received my order of a family wellies picture. Cannot recommend them enough. Great service, very helpfully and quickly accommodated changes to our order with no extra cost or fuss. The print has arrived earlier than expected and looks excellent.

Update after their reply: The item has still not arrived. It will be nearly one week after it was placed. The emails I have received imply that I was at fault for not contacting them sooner (why would I contact the before the due delivery date), and not breaking away from my sisters birthday celebration to speak to them on the phone! They refuse to refund me unless I return the item (which I still havent received). The item is personalised and cannot be resold, so I presume they only want it back to prevent me from having it for free. Frankly, at this stage, I want nothing more to do with this shoddy firm and if they want their 30 that badly, they can have it. They have also blocked me from their Facebook page. Presumably their standard practice whenever they treat a customer badly. Original review: Having spent considerable time and thought personalising a print for my sisters milestone birthday, and choosing Next Day Delivery at considerable cost which promised delivery on a particular day, I was heartbroken when the item didnt arrive. This is now too late for my sisters birthday. I dont live near her, so even if it comes in a few days, I cant just pop it by. My messages and emails were not responded to, despite being sent in the middle of the day on a Saturday. No one answered my phone calls, except an 4 year old girl on a voicemail greeting. Hardly what I would expect from a business. It wasnt until I posted my frustration on their Facebook site that I got a reply. I wish I had read the Facebook reviews before buying. This company promises Next Day Delivery when they actually mean bog standard first class. They use Royal Mail and RM do not do next day delivery as a service. They do Special Delivery which guarantees a next day or 48 hour guaranteed service. No wonder so many people are upset when their orders dont arrive, as they think theyve paid for a promised next day service. Avoid this company at all costs. They make excuses but are only interested in taking your money. Thanks for ruining my sisters birthday surprise.
