Ive been using this taxi company for many years now and they have been nothing but fantastic from the first initial call to the drop off to the location. They have always been my first go to company for ordering a taxi and arriving to a destination efficiently and safely.

Absolute terrible service from this company. At the end of the trip the driver said the payment didnt go through on my card so my partner paid the fare on her card. This wasnt an issue at all but the next morning I had seen the payment had been taken from my account and was never declined, which again I have no problem with this as mistakes like this happen. The problem I have was when I called the company to try and resolve the issue and they were no help whatsoever, I explained the situation to them over x3 different phone calls. Each time I was told I would be contacted by a member of their team but it was up to me to call back each time to find out what is going on. The third time I called them back they said they had contacted the driver and the driver said only one payment had gone through. I explained to the gentleman on the phone that I have proof of the payment being taken from both mine and my partners account. I asked the guy on the phone wether or not he had asked this particular driver to show proof that the payment had been declined and he couldnt give me and answer. Which leaves me no choice but to report it to the police in which his reply was I dont care call the police It is the manner in how I have been spoken to and the lack of care about the situation that has made my blood boil. How a business can be so unprofessional. I am not one to normally complain or leave a bad review but on this occasion I felt Ive needed to. I will avoid this company completely and they will not be receiving any more business from myself or friends/family.
