Simone drafted my return which gave me cause for concern. I submitted and my debt to HMRC was half of that in Simones draft. Her attitude from initial request, where she expected data in a precise form that made her life easier , I had the temerity to hand over a complete file of finances, to her response to my concerns (which was far from the customer focussed school of business) has been at best poor. I am seeking return of fees paid.

Simone is a brilliant tax advisor. She has been looking after my tax returns for several years and is always very efficient, helpful and offers great advice which has saved me a lot of tax over the years. Simone has been my family's UK tax adviser and accountant for many years. As we have been resident overseas in different countries, she has done our UK tax for us. She has always been very helpful, reliable and efficient and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her.
