        I used to find shopping here as pleasurable as food shopping could be,even with the raised price tags.Unfortunately those damn DIY tills at the rear of the shop have broken me. That's it, sorry Waitrose,you've lost me as a customer, they are a nightmare!

        Bad customer service! I was just refused service in this store by a very rude woman at the kiosk...bearing in mind I'm 30 !!! Apparently, if you don't fit the demographic you get treated differently. Was a joke.
