Absolutely Excellent service and advice. RB Designs couldn't have been more helpful from first contact to completion. Cliff visited us and was a pleasure to deal with and provided us with excellent advice, drawings and reassurance that our building works could be completed after being let down by contractors. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.

i only used a party wall surveyor (Sue Watkins) so i cant comment on other services they provide, this service however was horrendous and pointless. From the start the communication was bad. No acknowledgment of any emails, I had to ask in separate email if the previous one was received, On one occasion I haven`t done that and a crucial email about me asking about the only detail I care about (connection between my extension and neighbours ) was not read by a surveyor and award was issued (I know email was received as I got out of office auto reply - so it has landed in a mailbox but was ignored or forgotten) , after few phone calls and emails the detailed drawing was added to the award. this turned out to be absolutely pointless. the award rules was broken by neighbour twice without any notice and consequnces. Sue watkins (the surveyor) had no will or autorithy to influence neither the builder or the neighbours. The worst part is that to redeem this detail and do it as per drawing in the party wall would have taken only a few hours. i worked with a couple of party wall surveyors in the past on my own project and they were an asset to the process, quick to respond and advice on technical matters. Sue was a liability. Bad service, not recommended.

We have recently undertaken structural engineering plans, party wall and also revised structural engineering plans and I really cannot fault the customer service levels and the ability to talk through complexities of party wall agreement which were made very simple. Also great to have a company that can do designs, party wall and engineering designs all in one place especially during Covid 19 . Sue Watkins was absolutely brilliant. Thank you.
