As a property developer the properties they build are well designed, excellent quality and good value. When dealing with the team, they are polite, efficient and nothing is too much trouble for them. In my twenty eight years of being an estate agent I would put this company at the top of my list to buy a property from.

        We have always dealt with Maria Owen the property manager at Lodgecrest. She is unfailingly efficient and helpful. All our dealings with her have been positive from the first exchange on a Lodgecrest flat to reselling the flat when we needed various queries dealt with. The world could do with more Marias!
