I have never been treated so appallingly by any business in my life. I was shouted at, had a finger constantly wagged at me and was accused of being a liar. I have had pedicure and nail extensions done here for a number of years for highdays and holidays. This time, the first of my nail extensions fell off in three days, the next the day after and so on until I had only two left. I was on holiday at the time so a bit embarrassing. I went back to to them on my return less than three weeks after they'd been done and was shouted at and accused of lying. The woman constantly shook her finger at me. I asked her several times to stop shouting and in the end said if she didn't I would show her what it is like to be spoken at that volume (she claimed she was speaking). When I did raise my voice, she said that I am not "a very nice lady". On several occasions I asked her husband to ask her to stop shouting. He spoke in Vietnamese at one point but I don't know what he said. She said that nails are guaranteed for 24 hours. She did remove the residue and I said I thought it would be a nice gesture if they removed the gel from my toes as I no longer have finger nails it looks odd. They treated me as though I want something for nothing. I was the wronged one in this case. I paid the 70 but stupidly gave them a 10 tip at the time. No wonder they are always empty, unlike the other nail bars.
