Always five star! We buy food and accessories from your Dorking shop for our gecko and chinchillas. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I don't know any other shop that makes you feel so welcome. The live food, especially locusts, is well cared for (actually fed to stay alive longer) and unlike in other shops where you are lucky to find one locust alive in a box, the quality is very good here. I would recommend this shop to everyone. The shop is clean and well stocked. Can't fault anything.

Staff is very helpful and attentive. The shop has a great selection of dog food and treats. My dog loves coming here.

Excellent customer service. The staff are kind, caring and knowledgeable. The shop has a good range of products for cats and dogs. Today we used the Dogwood Groom Room for our cat. The staff were great. Really helpful and kind. Our cat looked and smelt wonderful after his groom. We are returning next month for his second groom!
