I agree with all the negative reviews to be trusted this manager gardner seems too be too busy and really cares less, He should be a warehouse manager not being in a place like this to help mentally ill people. Am reporting to my MP and Pals as instead of helping me, this office just distressed me even more

Started having what was supposed to be regular sessions regarding my mental health trauma as well as insomnia problems which I have been facing for many years. The sessions were supposed to be persistent but they instead told me I seemed okay and terminated the meetings without my approval. On top of that my therapist informed me that my GP had been notified about a melatonin prescription request for the insomnia problems. After calling my GP they told me they heard no such request and when I called back Clarendon House I was told they'd call me back the following day, which never happened. I then called back and asked them to help with the issue and they told me they had no record of it and that they couldn't help and informed me if I wanted further therapy/coaching for mental health I'd need to reapply and be put on a waiting list. Furthermore, in the sessions I did attend I was made to feel as though my trauma and problems were invalid.
