        Tipson's CKD Academy is a positive, friendly environment where people of all ages can learn a practical Street Self Defence Martial Art. It promotes confidence and good health that begins to spill over into other aspects of our lives as well, creating a great sense of well being.

        Choi Kwang Do is a practical full body martial art that pushes your body and mind. Tipson Choi Kwang Do Acadmy is a great place to train and learn in a friendly and non judgemental environment. The teaching staff are approachable and knowledgable and the Assistant instructors are always there to help you when you find something difficult or want to push yourself. Why not give it a try, beats the gym hands down, plus the first lesson is free!!
