        Completely unhelpful Sales staff (Emma). Cable came without a boot on the one side allowing water to get into the carb (??). Phoned to ask if this is normal. "Yes, ours don't have, but you can buy it separately". That sounds fine but will I be able to get it on over the end that screws into the carb? "I don't know". Can you ask someone in the factory? "No cos they all on the machines"...15 second silence...Right I see, thank you, goodbye.

        Excellent experience , cables finished exactly like they should be! Excellent service over the phone, clutch cable was missing on my bike lad over the phone in few minutes told me original length of the cable from my bike whats make my life way easier to figure out how much I need to extend it for my after market 12 ape bar ! Brilliant job, thanks guys !

        The replacement cable I requested them to make was perfect and turned around in less than a week door to door. It also looks amazing on the bike with the braided red outer. Would always recommend. Thank you.
