I've used the information to improve both our SEO, and for setting up PPC campaigns to drive niche traffic. I also like the insight that I get from James Nicholson, (the founder). Whatever conference is on, James is there, talking to all the great marketers around the world. Then he shares it with me. Far cheaper than me going to all these events myself!
