They do not respond to cancellations due to Covid-19, despite force majeure. Very bad. Inadvisable. No atienden a cancelaciones por Covid-19 , a pesar de causas de fuerza Mayor. Muy mal. No aconsejable.

        Booked a villa through Villas Away - booking process was fine but when we had a number of issues (including safety issues) with the property, we were told the owners would sort out the problems. Despite calling a few times, the issues were not resolved and our holiday was impacted. Since our return to the UK we raised our concerns again to Villas Away and explained the property is not safe for young children. The unsatisfactory response we recieved was that Villas Away are only an intermediary and it's not their responsibility - this makes it pointless dealing with a company if they claim to have no responsibility and we might aswell booked directly with the owners. It is also contrary to Villas Away's website that promises that "you can relax from the moment you choose one of our properties as we will do the rest for you". We wont be using them again unless they can assist in facilitating a solution with the owners.
