        Was urgently in need of an appointment today (day before flying). The lovely receptionist luckily squeezed me in which I was so grateful for. Sally was very welcoming, professional and extremely reassuring as I was quite nervous as this was my first time having this type of treatment. Thank you very much. Would highly recommend. Chloe
