Called before delivery to say cancelled. Now gotta wait for refund to process. Was ok past orders?

Im actually completely disgusted in the staff workers here, doing inappropriate faces to young girls, I got some chips from here aswell normally there fine but I found not just one hair but two hairs in my chips, i am a regular customer but never again stepping foot into that shop, the hygiene is awful and where I looked over the counter its a disgrace , DO NOT GO HERE Vegetarian options: disgusting

We only ever really get anything from here through the Too Good To Go app, where we get a box of wings, boneless and breasts, mostly. Well done on them reducing food waste but this establishment is never very inviting. Staff will continue their conversation before serving - never a friendly face in there. Quite often now we will get an extremely dry piece of chicken, like rock solid. I know its an end of the day collection, but no chicken should be solid. Once I arrived 10 min early and was told to come back at 10:30 for the pick up (as IF they were going to be super busy in those 10min. Ive never seen anyone in there! ) The past two times we have ordered from there they were closed when we went to go pick up the bag. They clearly arent actively updating the TGTG site, but still taking peoples money. Hoping we get a refund Couldnt recommed this place! Especially with a KFC right next to it.

This shop is shocking took the order said 45 mins for delivery only for me to call them an hour and 15 mins later to be told the delivery driver dont start for another 30 mins
