Great Grottos Ltd.

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I was late for my time slot to Santa because I currently have cancer and my chemotherapy ran over. I didnt realise the grotto shut early at 5pm on weekdays and my slot was for 4.50pm. When we arrived at van Hague it was all closed so my daughter was really upset. I rang the company today to explain and they refused to fit me in anywhere as fully booked. Even though its all pre booked I thought they could at least manage to fit one more child in. I asked for a refund on my ticket which they refused and I explained I have cancer and why I was late but they simply would not make an exception for me. I wont even be able to to book nothing now anywhere else as its too late. Whatever happened to the Christmas spirit? I will never be returning to the grotto again.. This awful heartless company has left one very upset child who not only has a mum with cancer but now wont get to see Santa.

Very disappointed. Paid just under 29 for two children two adults, travelled from Birmingham to Kingfisher shopping centre. First room two toot toots, a wooden scenery conveyor belt so not much could be done for sorting parcels. One bean sac game then straight to see Santa in his grotto. No scenery to walk through. Small toy. Would not recommend to consider seeing Santa in a garden centre etc. Santa was not very good either had to be prompted what to say. Please avoid this company.
