        An amazing job getting acrilic paint Out of my grand daughters blazer looks as good as new

        I gave them a school blazer to be dry cleaned. It wasn't ready on time but they didn't call me to say it wouldn't be ready, so i wasted a trip to pick it up. When it was finally ready, the blazer was wrapped in plastic and a tag indicated it had been dry cleaned. However, when I got home I found it was covered in hairs and fluff - it clearly hadn't been cleaned. I returned to the shop and asked for a refund. They don't give refunds and don't have a complaints procedure. No number to call. I'm 6 out of pocket and won't use this dry cleaner again.
