Dr a Beattie - The New House Surgery

Would not hesitate to recommend. My family and I have always found Dr Beattie and New House Surgery to be very professional and helpful.

With months i was trying to make appointment and asking the doctor to refer me for scanning in hospital and they were not at all flexibile. While i was frustrated and worried about my health and talking with the receptionist on the phone and all is private and confidential another doctor was listening the conversation and they decided to tell me that i was rude trying to sort my health. I complain and the team manager JOY BARKER simply after chaseing her on the phone after another month told me they cant go thro the recorded phone call coz it is private and confidental and she didnt even let me finish what i wanted to say she was keep talking while i was trying to explain how serious is my health. On the end she said dont be rude pretending you are ill and if you dont like our service join another surgery and im ending this conversation and she hang up the phone. Is this what kind of NHS people we having in this country or employing them?!?!? Seriously?!?!?
