Was a patient for a few years then moved away - reapplied and book an appointment. They ignored my reapplication and told me to go somewhere on the high street for a blood test. Awful customer service skills

Moved to the area and registered no problem. It was a great surgery until I moved out of the area. I was told I could still be registered because I still worked in the area. 3 months later I went to book an appointment only to be told I have been un registered. I have been un registered for 3 months without knowing after being reassured I could stay as I worked in the area! Re registering with a new gp in my area is no problem! I am a competent adult who can do that. Really disappointed and disgusted at the lack of communication.
