Old Court House Dental Practice

My wife and kids have been patients at Old Court for ages and have always been complimentary of the staff. I became a regular patient a few years ago and wish I had done so sooner! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and Rishi has the best chair-side manner of any dentist Ive ever had. He always takes time to explain any issues and the options available to remedy the problems. His assistants are always cheerful and very considerate. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this dental practice!!

Just registered as a patient here and had my first check up. Would highly recommend as they were very patient, helpful and friendly!

I recently moved to Dorking and needed to register with a dentist but was put off by the snobby receptionist at this practice before I even registered! I phoned and asked if they were taking on new patients and the receptionist said no, not on the NHS, so I asked if they were taking private patients and she said yes but its 60 for a consultation, I said yes that was fine, and she then abruptly asked me to hold the line. I actually just hung up, as I was so put off by the discriminatory tone of this receptionist, as it seemed she was assuming I would not want/be able to afford to pay 60 for a consultation, when actually I would have!! I registered at another private dentist in town, who were amazing, and could definitely give this practice a lesson in customer service. Its a shame I cant actually comment on the quality of dental services provided here or the rest of the staff as I was put off at the first point of contact, but I imagine they are probably good if they are in a position to deter new private fee-paying clients!

I registered with the practice recently and had my first check up today. I'm pleased with the friendly and professional service I received both from the lady at the reception and from dr Sunndeep. I find dentist's visits a bit stressful so I appreciate that everyone made me feel welcome and at ease. I'll be back and I'd recommend it to anyone.
