Attended the Baby wearing for Doulas workshop and loved it! It was informative, helpful and Zoe gave us lots of links and tools for further reading, safety guidelines etc.

I was lucky enough to get a place on one of Zoe's courses on the science of infant development earlier this year. As a straight up birth and parenting nerd, I found it absolutely fascinating delving deep into the research, evidence, history and evolution of baby wearing. I was quite newly postpartum when I attended the course, and while I may not have retained many of the facts and figures due to baby brain, I really think that the knowledge I gained has influenced how much I have carried my second baby, and definitely fuelled my (already considerable) enthusiasm for carrying and skin-to-skin.

Very glad I booked Zo for a session to make sense of all the different carriers/slings etc out there and have someone experienced there for my first carry. Would recommend.

Zo has been incredibly helpful navigating the complexity of slings for a newborn and again when our baby was 1. We absolutely love slings and have gotten so much use from them which is thanks to Zo guidance.
