Had a massive panic yesterday when my sons laptop stopped working properly as he is currently knee deep in GCSE revision. Matt looked at the laptop within an hour or so of getting a call and had it fixed and back to me within 24 hours. He was friendly and explained everything to me in language I could understand. He also checked for any other problems (he checked first) to prevent us having further problems. Cant recommend him highly enough.

I can't recommend Matt's services highly enough. I believe I had a particularly challenging repair issue, as it was quite a high spec PC built for CGI rendering, that was no longer booting. As such, there weren't equivalent parts to swap out for troubleshooting the problem. Nonetheless, Matt went to great lengths to essentially do a complete reassemble, ensuring everything was seated and installed correctly, and it's now running like new! The repair was turned around very quickly, and communication was terrific. A big thanks again Matt!
