I bought and paid for these at the start of October still waiting. Not even sure they are still trading

Tried to call but phone was off.
Emailed and messaged on social media but no response received.
Such a shame as we like to go there for ice cream but tonight we decided to get a delivery for the first time. Wont make that mistake again!
