        Booked my appointment on treatwell for 17:15, got there for 17:00 and they had closed up for the night. Tried to call them numerous time, no answer. No one contacted me to say it they couldn't take the appointment. Disappointed, took my money no problem, hopefully I can get a refund. - EDIT: now spoken to belleza, and rearranged, very apologetic regarding the issue!
