        Terrible customer experience. Dropped kids at school, rushed to bank which is out of way as they closed Reigate and Horley branch. Told me electrics had gone and to come back another day. Wouldn't take my number to call me when electrics back on. So useless with no consideration how stressful it is for time poor people to go to a bank. I'd just paid for parking to go too.

        Went into Dorking branch today ask what I wanted I said I wanted to draw money out but fine the staff a bit rude and also found that offended what they said the date I went in was the 30th in the morning
