        Warning - Keep away from Phil Wellstead! He was nice and super reactive before we paid the invoice. After the payment was made, he has completely disappeared, he completely ignored our emails and calls. The process has been dragged for nearly an year, we still not get any plan permit. We are taking him through the legal process now. Please be aware, Phil Wellstead is completely a scam, keep away if you can!

        When you are in discussions with Phil, at the early stage he is incredibly communicative, responsive and professional. Unfortunately the drawings he made up for me weren't 100% accurate (although I didn't realise straight away) and there were a couple of things I needed to change myself. Despite calls and emails, Phil went quiet on me. Having done a bit of research online now, I can see this isn't the first time he has done this either. Beware!
