        Excellent service, vehicle ready at preferred time, handover smooth, instructions on use (tail lift) clear. Walk around, fuel check & return very simple. Only 1 minor issue, Insurance requires a land-line number which many people do not have these days, so go prepared.

        The only drawback for me is that the Dorchester site is out of the way. However, the service is good and I'll continue to make the journey.
