        Thankyou so much for such an excellent service last Friday. Luke was so kind and went over and above to support mum. She was very anxious about attending a funeral and Luke's care and attention in getting her to the service and reception, helping her up steps, chatting on the journey etc made such a big difference to the day for her. Thankyou so much!

        Good taxi service and prompt but the mobile number for booking is very expensive: Our EE/Orange calling plan includes calls to all UK mobile phones but this is listed on the invoice as follows: pn2-Calls to certain Personal Numbering Services (PNS) telephones. I got charged 0.67 for 52 seconds only which is a lot and first booking took 2mins+ and cost me 1.70 and that is before I pay for taxi journey which seems unfair to me.
