        We brought a Zero C house a year ago. The design and idea is amazing but the overall quality is just shocking. We are at a point now where we are looking on the market for other houses as this list just keeps getting bigger. Make sure you do your research before buying one of their homes.

        If I could give a zero I would which is quite ironic when it comes to their name. Do not touch with a barge pole they are a bunch of clowns and their customer service is even worse. They send contractors in to do work - fail miserably and then they dont take responsibility for their work and even worse they try and fob you by saying that it is their fault.

        Housing estate on the side of pounbury.They look quite nice. Set on a hill with nice views.

        Major issues with our house - not sure how it was even signed off! Floor boards creak, thermostat incorrectly wired, found cylinder incorrectly plumbed in on d2 pipework, hot water tap in utility room not plumbed in at all, grout in both bathrooms coming up Company making no effort to return to site! Additionally, large parts of the Tail Mill development have been left in a dreadful and unsafe state. Debris, broken glass and an overflowing rubbish skip all still remain several years later.
