James was fantastic. Arrived on time, was friendly, informative and got our nest heating working again. One part didnt work, but he contacted the necessary people and did a fantastic job. Even helped me fashion a handy hooked loft stick to get the ladder down out of some old pipe I had laying around. Truly 5 star service and what a lovely bloke James was. Thank you!

Best avoided - in our case, James did not know his way around our boiler and used guesswork that caused more harm than good. I trusted him, but had to pay a further 300 in parts and labour to another company to undo the damage he did.

Turned up on time ..was most diligent on the service of my boiler.will recommend him to others I was as impressed with his dedication to ensure the boiler was as it should be

Unfortunately to echo the reviews below I feel I must, had 2 fires installed (eventually). Time quoted was a morning, actual time was nigh on a month, he still didnt finish it even though demanding payment (skirting left off and the place a mess)- no paperwork provided despite chasing for weeks, had gas safe come out who condemned his work and cut our gas off in December due to the leaks he had left with his shoddy work. My next job is taking it legal as there is no way I should pay for something twice, absolute shambolic service with things that keep occurring during the installation that arent his fault, house burglary, van not working, dog ate homework etc etc, just turns up when he likes and expects you to accommodate it.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
