        I've never done Pilates before and really wanted to give it a go. Ruth offered me a free taster session and I absolutely loved it so booked a course of 10. The studio is beautiful, centrally located in Poundbury and surrounded by loads of free parking. Ruth is a lovely calming person who makes you feel so relaxed in the classes and she has all the latest equipment including reformer machines which are rare to find locally. These classes have really improved my flexibility and self confidence. Thank you Ruth!
