I have visited this pharmacy on many occasions and have experienced excellent customer service in the past. However, I visited yesterday afternoon (04/02/23) and it was a totally different experience. I joined a queue of 3 people at 130pm. I eventually got to the front of the queue at 145pm and was confronted with one of the most rudest people I have ever met. Her customer service was abysmal. She didn't greet me with a smile or hello, all I got was a grimace and NEXT shouted at me. I asked for some paracetamol tablets and was told in no uncertain terms, quite loudly that 'she did not have any and to look on aisle 11' and turned round and walked away.

Rudest staff here. Last time I went to collect my prescription I felt like crying. They are not helpful at all and everything seems like too much trouble. This morning was the last straw and now I've signed up to an online service. Judging by the other reviews I'm not the only one who feels like this. Sort it out Tesco.

Absolutely fantastic team, always go the extra mile. Prescriptions always dispensed very quickly Very helpful and obliging, can't fault the service. When help needed always get knowledgeable accurate advice.
